Upon completion of candidate screenings, chosen individuals will receive a $2,000.00 signing bonus for simply being a viable candidate.

After the completion of 90 work days, the individual will receive another $2,000.00.

Positions will be filled through July 31, 2013.

Signing bonus will be received on the date of the candidates' first pay.

Computer Aid, Inc. (CAI), an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE); is currently seeking Business Analyst/Scrum Masters for opportunities in Tallahassee, Florida.

Candidates must have strong BA experience. Very strong written and verbal communication play a big part in our review of candidates for these positions.

The contractor shall provide consulting services for multiple projects which are either under way, or about to begin, that will require working closely with business partners, application developers and project managers to gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements utilizing agile techniques including, but not limited to, the following:
Gather and analysis requirements: Work with business partners to gather and analyze their needs, documenting user stories and detailed business requirements.
Manage a Product Backlog: Work with business partners to document and manage a product backlog.
Mentor: Mentor/Coach state staff in the process of gathering and documenting user stories and requirements using Scrum techniques.
Project Meetings: Conduct or attend on-site meetings and/or conference calls with the Department's Contract Manager and/or other business partners as necessary regarding the project.

Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively (verbally and in writing) with technical and user staff.
Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative, team environment with application developers, testers, business partners and project managers.
Demonstrated experience documenting business requirements
Demonstrated experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions for business and system analysis
Ability to document meeting minutes
Ability to coordinate multiple simultaneous tasks
Ability to lead teams to self-organization
Preferred KSA's:
Demonstrated experience designing screen mockups
Demonstrated experience working on development projects utilizing agile/iterative development techniques
Demonstrated experience operating as a Scrum Master
Demonstrated experience developing and following test plans
Experience working for a government agencyEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
