DESCRIPTION
This is work performing duties too varied and diverse to be classified in any specific office clerical occupation, requiring basic knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Clerical duties may be assigned in accordance with the office procedures of individual establishments and may include a combination of answering telephones, bookkeeping, typing or computer processing, stenography, office machine operation, filing and/or determining program eligibility.
Some positions in this occupation may be responsible for coordinating work and supervising employees.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

This is a clerical position which required independent decision making, a high degree of accuracy and initiative in the Account Management Sub-process. The duties for the position include, but are not limited to the following:
45%: Performs general/clerical office functions including: organizing and maintaining an accurate filing system; preparing correspondence as needed; completing spreadsheets with appropriate information; receiving, sorting and distributing incoming mail according to establish procedures; prepares and/or mails or faxes outgoing correspondence to customers either providing requested information or requesting additional information following established procedures.
Prepares and maintains statistical unit work data on a daily basis.
20%: Utilizes multiple databases such as: SAP, UTS, Mobius, Sunrise, Sunbiz, and internet systems to research/verify account information. Maintains an archive and retrieval system for all documents entering and leaving the unit. Prepare documents for archiving with Department of State, maintains a spreadsheet for retrieval purposes, for all documents: organize and maintain records for the unit for retrieval upon request.
15%: Performs job duties with the operation of personal computer, printers, photocopying machines, fax machines, calculators, and other related office equipment as required.
10%: Attends ongoing training related to job requirements. Participates in Continual Improvement Planning by providing suggestions for improvement based on tasks being performed.
5%: Assist with phone coverage and receptionist duties when requested.
5%: Performs other related duties upon request.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
