MUST HAVES:

years' experience developing web applications
4
years' experience producing technical documentation related to requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, or testing
4
years' experience testing custom applications, reports, large data sets, or dashboards
4
years' experience developing in the Cold Fusion
4
years' experience in Cold Fusion programming language
4
years' experience producing technical documentation related to requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, or testing
4
years' experience testing custom applications, reports, large data sets, or dashboards
2
years' experience in MS SQL Server
2
years' experience in Web Services
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint
Ability to work with other project managers and under the leadership of a Project Manager
Demonstrated experience with large-scale implementation projects with the following characteristics:
o Very large and high-profile
o Multiple technologies and functions
o Staff resources across multiple initiatives/projects
o Multi-million dollar budget
o Close coordination / interaction with other project managers
o Collaboration with multiple stakeholder groups with diverse and competing needs and expectations
NICE TO HAVES:
Computer Science or Management Information Systems degree

years' experience in .NET
Experience developing interactive educational software
Project Management (Standards, Best Practices, Terms, Tools)
Experience working with software and hardware vendors
Experience working in state government
Experience working with Data Centers
