1303763 Responsible for facilitating the sharing of programs, procedures, tools, and successfully demonstrated practices within the EHS Community.
Responsible for implementation and operation of EHS standardized processes and administration of related electronic systems.
Responsible for developing effective working relationships with site management, employees, and the EHS community to drive continuous improvement in EHS performance.
Maintaining records and preparing various EHS reports for assigned unit(s).
Principal
Responsibilities:
1.
Maintain and monitor EHS compliance programs while optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of the programs.
2.
Maintain written EHS programs and procedures.
5.
Participate in capital project reviews consistent with the level of EHS expertise needed.
6.
Support the site in with emphasis on hazard recognition, job hazard analysis, etc.
8.
Active participation with the EHS Community.

Qualifications:
Must have 5 or more years of experience implementing EHS programs in a manufacturing environment; Chemical industry experience preferred Experience with MSHA regulations, hazard recognition, job hazard analysis and Step Reviews is a plus.
Experience interacting with state and federal regulatory agencies is desired Basic computer skills (ex.
Spreadsheets, word processing, database management) essential.
Customer Focus, Team Leadership and Teamwork, Entrepreneurial Acting/Initiative, Results Orientation, Communication, and Work Management skills are essential.
