EXAMPLES OF WORK Responsible for the administrative audit of state and federally funded programs.
Organize and maintain files related to grant funded programs.
Responsible for ensuring that the program financial management and the accounting system are adequate to account for program funds in accordance with governmental requirements.
Responsible for completion of the Administrative Monitoring Report form during each site visit.
Document all monitoring site visits and develop, if applicable, corrective action.
Report findings to the Professional Accountant Specialist.
Verify, annually, DJJ funded property inventory for grant programs.
Analyzing Data or Information Getting Information Needed to Do the Job Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
