Knowledge Management Analyst - Global Consulting Firm (Tallahassee, FL)
Responsibilities The Knowledge Management Analyst will maintain and own North Highland s internal Knowledge Management content.
Input into the strategy of the KM information, community networks, and create standards for information creation and delivery to enhance user experience and reuse Manage the day to day issues related to the uploading of documentation taxonomy and structured workflows Set up and manage templates for each new and existing service offering Manage the quarterly close-out process and ensuring quals meet the quality and completion criteria Support development of large-scale proposals Work with the public sector national leadership to document, refine and support an effective proposal development process Developing partnership relationships with key client personnel Preparing and coordinating development of quality deliverables Qualifications 2
years working in consulting organization preferred 5
years broad business experience Bachelor s degree required Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects Ability to work productively with limited supervision 1
years Knowledge Management experience 1
years proposal support experience Social Networking experience Strong organization skills with ability to prioritize workload that may have changing priorities Excellent interpersonal/communication skills with professional staff, senior level executives and the community at large Technical Skills:
