COMPUTER SYSTEMSANALYSTS 15-1051 THIS ADVERTISEMENT IS FOR A POSITION PENDING RECLASSIFICATION & MAY BE USED TO FILL MULTIPLE/SUBSEQUENT VACANCIES FOR A PERIOD OF UP TO SIX MONTHS.
DESCRIPTION This is a highly responsible professional position in the Department of Revenue, Information Services Program, and Service Generation Process supporting the General Tax Administration customer.
The GTA Service Generation team is comprised of a group of ABAP programmers/developers that support SAP ERP systems ECC, CRM and BW.
Incumbent may be required to work before, during and/or beyond normal work hours or days in the event of an emergency or maintenance activity in support of the Department's application portfolio.
EXAMPLES OF WORK Prepares project plans, tracks project progress, and produces project reports.
Creates and maintains application documentation.
Assists in performing unit and systems tests.
Works with team lead to set up procedures to enforce compliance with the Software Build and IT Service Management requirements and standards.
Works with team leads to implement operational plans and measurements to improve team operations and productivity.
Assists in coordinating and facilitating training for team employees.
Facilitates and prepares for meetings and keeps minutes and issues log related to larger projects.
Assists in software development.
Assist in quality assurance.
EXAMPLES OF KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Knowledge of computer programming and systems analysis and design principles and practices.
Knowledge of mathematics.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS A bachelor's degree from a college or university and four years of experience in computer systems analysis and/or computer programming; or A bachelor's degree from a college or university with a major in one of the computer sciences or in management information systems and three years of experience as described above; or A master's degree from a college or university in one of the computer sciences or in management information systems and two years of experience as described above; or A doctorate from a college or university in one of the computer sciences or in management information systems and one year of experience as described above; or Five years of experience as described above and either (1) completion of a 720 classroom hour program of study from a vocational/technical school or community college in an area of data processing (excluding data entry), or (2) 60 semester or 90 quarter hours of college course work from an institution which includes four courses in computer science or management information systems.
Experience as described above can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Must meet educational requirements above.
Experience developing Information Technology applications.
Experience managing Information Technology projects and applications through the full software development life cycle using Information Systems Development Methodologies.

) PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Project Management Certification Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems Development experience with one or more of the following languages:
C#, ASP.
Net, VB.
Net, SharePoint, ABAP (SAP), Java.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
