Maintenance Coordinator:

Drives continuous improvement initiatives within the department and at the site.

Ensures Preventive Maintenance Program is followed.
3.
Ensures Lubrication Program is followed.
4.
Ensures quality control of the Safe Work Permit process.
5.
Coordinates and prioritizes daily maintenance plan 6.
Monitors maintenance KPI's as they affect Production department.
7.
Maintain good housekeeping practices 9.
Implement approved changes 10.
Monitor consumption of purchased materials 11.
Maintain proper labor relations and implementation of contractual agreement 12.
Maintain proper records for reporting and maintenance data history 14.
Ensures plant conforms to all government regulatory standards Qualifications :
BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent - High School Graduate or GED equivalent.
- Requires minimum of five years maintenance experience, preferably in Manufacturing work environment.
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance methods and procedures.
- Requires knowledge of mineral processing equipment and processes and plant support systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with technical and production personnel, site support groups and regulatory agencies.
- Excellent organizational, problem solving skills, and troubleshooting skills are required.
