The Office represents the State of Florida in state and federal civil and criminal courts, from trial courts to the Supreme Court of the United States.
Pay:
$42,000 - $48,000 Annually Position
Summary:
The Litigation Support Analyst reports directly to the Litigation Support Administrator and will be responsible for rendering graphics for publications and court exhibits in support of the Litigation Services Division intake, production, and closeout.
This a technical position assisting with day-to-day Litigation Support tasks.
The Analyst will design and enhance publications utilizing Adobe Creative Suite software, working closely with agency staff throughout Florida to meet critical deadlines.
The Analyst will assist with video and audio conversion and redaction for all matters.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college.
The preferred candidate should possess the following skills:
Design experience in Adobe Creative Cloud applications:
Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and Audition.
Design experience for both print and digital formats.
Meet deadlines on a daily basis.
Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Strong customer service.
Literate with Microsoft Office applications:
Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to train others in software use and processes.
Ability to follow written/verbal instructions.
Able to work independently, work on a team, and under immediate deadlines.
Preference will also be given to candidates who have a strong working knowledge of a legal environment, strong proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro/DC, and strong proficiency in Office 365.
The Work You Will Do:
The incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
Complete desktop publishing requests utilizing Adobe Suite software, high-resolution scanning, and graphic manipulation in a timely manner.
Create graphics for court exhibits, publications, and websites in coordination with the staff.
Technical customer assistance and training.
Assist with printing and mounting requests for publications and exhibits.
Assist with Adobe Acrobat Pro/DC scanner troubleshooting.
Assist and train on the use and setup of video conferencing/webinar technology.
Perform basic audio/video editing for purposes of file redaction using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Audition.
Complete and maintain unit templates in the SharePoint environment.
Other duties as needed.
