Quick Apply Full-time 1 day ago Full Job Description The Ounce of Prevention Fund of Florida is seeking a Training Specialist who is passionate about child and family well-being.
The Training Specialist will provide professional development to Healthy Families Florida (HFF) home visitors, child welfare professionals, and other partners.
Typical job duties include researching and developing training, producing training manuals and materials, delivering live training in person and virtually, creating online self-paced learning modules, utilizing a learning management system, and collaborating with partners to create professional development that leads to positive family outcomes.
This job is based in Tallahassee, Florida.
This is not a remote position, however statewide travel is required.
The ideal candidate has knowledge of child welfare, trauma-informed practices, and home visiting.
A Bachelor's degree and two years of experience facilitating training and speaking to groups are required.

The chapter implements primary prevention activities and advocates for policies and initiatives to strengthen Florida's families and communities so children can grow and develop through healthy, safe, and nurturing experiences.
