Twin Oaks Academy is searching for applicants to work in residential setting.
The goal of this program is for is to timely reunify unaccompanied alien children with their families, in a caring, understanding, and compassionate setting.
We are seeking people that have experience in the human services field, and are looking for individuals who speak Spanish.
Our agency is a non-profit that has been working with youth, providing guidance and service to them, for over 20 years.

Training Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Facilitates all CPR, PCM, and orientation training for staff.
Designs and implements the training curriculum for the facility according to Program, DCF, and ORR policies.
Conducts yearly trainings in accordance with Program, DCF, and ORR policies.
Maintains all training records for all staff and ensures that there are no lapses in training.
Submits monthly training reports and submits them to administration for analysis and TRENDSTAT.
Directly supervises Youth Care Workers as needed, assuming the role of a Shift Supervisor when necessary.
Training Coordinator Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old.
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) Certification in CPR, First Aid by a nationally recognized organization (Red Cross, AHA).
Current state driver's license.
Bachelor's Degree required, 2 years experience in training human services staff preferred.
Meet criminal background check and drug screening per state requirements.
