Experience:
staff assigned to this agreement must possess the following minimum qualifications and
Experience:
Five years of experience with Environmental Science and Research Institute (ERSI) ArcGIS Desktop application.
Five years of experience working with end-users and subject matter experts to identify and document GIS use cases, processes, and technical requirements.
Five years of experience translating the above-documented processes to GIS solutions.
Two years of experience employing Geostatistical analyst, spatial analyst, and predictive analytic tools within Esri's ArcGIS desktop suite.
Two years of experience creating, maintaining and analyzing geospatially modeled social network information.
Two years of experience system design and administering ERRI Enterprise and ESRI ARGIS online products.
SERVICE TASKS:
Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and mannerspecified:
Research, acquire, transform, create and securely store geospatial information that is pertinent to modeling factors that are significant to the occurrence and spread of disease within human populations.
This should be performed per the direction of the Department's Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Manager and Epidemiological Section guidance following department standards for the storage of GIS data.
Perform analyses of geospatial information related to the occurrence and spread of disease within human populations.
These shall be performed per the direction of the Department's GIS and Epidemiological Section guidance following department standards for the analysis of GIS data.
Create maps, infographics, summary reports, and presentations that effectively communicate geospatial information to technical, executive, and public audiences.
These shall be performed per the direction of the Department's GIS and Epidemiological Section guidance following department standards for the communication of GIS data.
Design, create, implement, manage, and document automated tools, models, and interactive web mapping applications that allow for secure and confidential data storage, analysis, and communication of epidemiological information.
These shall be performed per the direction of the Department's GIS and Epidemiological Section guidance following department standards for the communication of GIS data.
Create required reporting documents using MS Word or other software, as assigned by the Department.
Attend weekly GIS section meetings, epidemiologic use case and technical requirements sessions as assigned by the Department.
Develop and maintain project plans with current task status weekly using Microsoft Word, Visio and or Project as assigned by the Department.
Assist with administering ERSI products, system upgrades and best practice system design as directed by the Department.
