Responsibilities:
1.
Communication:
a.
Attend Weekly Regional Call and RSM Monthly Kick Off Calls to ensure that you are up to date on latest company messaging b.
Cascade Departmental Initiatives Weekly on DOS' Regional Call c.
Set weekly/biweekly touch bases with DoS and DMs to build relationship and closely support on their needs in a proactive manner.
d.
Attend bi-weekly FMLA/LOA Review call.
e.
Participate on weekly PExBP call.
2.
Office Day:
a.
Build an agenda for the week.
b.
Identify priority items:
needs and visits.
c.
Complete any administrative functions.
3.
Store Visits:
a.
Visit locations at least once a month.
b.
Identify priority items - needs and visits based on what is happening from a people perspective in each region or market.

New Leaders iii.
Performance Issues iv.
Investigations v.
Knowledge Gaps 4.
Weekly:
a.
Discuss and establish people priorities for the week b.
Work with DMs to:
i.
Discuss people moves - review succession plans, onboarding, and PiPs ii.
Prioritize recruiting needs iii.
Discuss hiring/staffing strategy for locations iv.
Utilize Talent Acquisition for External/Internal v.
Participate in interviews & selection process when possible vi.
Employee Relations Issues including Investigations, Performance Management, LOAs, & COVID.
5.
Monthly:
a.
Review district talent with DoS.
b.
Be aware of and partner with business on people moves for any realignments, store openings/closures, merger/acquisitions, etc.
c.
Attend any in person meetings to support when possible.
d.
Conduct Leadership Exit Interviews where applicable e.
Support and coach on accountability 6.
Quarterly:
a.
Attend any quarterly meetings for Region b.
Travel day with DoS.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
