Human Resources Assistant
Farm Credit of Northwest Florida Farm Credit of Northwest Florida Tallahassee, FL Tallahassee, FL Part-time Part-time $18 - $20 an hour $18 - $20 an hour Farm Credit of Northwest Florida is seeking a temporary/part-time Human Resource professional for our Tallahassee office.
We anticipate that this role will work 20-30 hours per week for a total of 10 weeks.
We are flexible with scheduling as long as it is during our business hours which are 8AM - 5PM, Monday - Friday.
Working under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, this role will:
Digitizing Human Resources files ensuring compliance with the company's retention policy Streamlining our onboarding processes to incorporate digital document signing Assist with various Human Resource projects The ideal candidate will have:
A working knowledge of Human Resource practices Two (2) years of Human Resource experience The salary range is $18 - $20 an hour based on experience.
Proficient in English.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
