Responsibilities:
Create Accessible Training Modules - Routinely create new training courses on our online platforms for our team members to be able to use.
This includes script writing, scene setting, and more.
Host Corporate Trainings - Will regularly host 3 day trainings for franchisees and managers to best prepare them for operating and growing their store to success.
Develop Strategies - Develop strategies to drive the business forward.
Motivate and Support Team - Motivate and inspire your team to provide excellence in merchandising presentation, customer experience, and operations execution.
Take Ownership - Provide leadership and direction to your team by creating an environment that ensures customer satisfaction, maximum productivity, and profitability.
Problem Solving - Address challenges such as sales, profitability, and staff management, while leading and inspiring a customer-centric culture by recognizing and rewarding your team.
Innovate - Identify opportunities to leverage and maximize sales and monitor KPIs to create accountability in achieving company goals.
Report - Attend regular meetings and complete weekly reports.
Position Requirements:
Education - Have at least a High School Diploma with 2
years of leadership experience in the retail industry.
Motivated - Are an independent, self-motivated, and reliable leader.
Goal Oriented - Enjoy working hard and always see things through from start to finish.
Great Communicator - Are a great communicator that takes the initiative to grow the business.

During Corporate Training Week, it will average around 30 hours.
Corporate training is required for this position which will be held in Tallahassee.
It will be a 3 day training with 2 additional travel days.
