00 an hour Our busy animal hospital is seeking a highly motivated Client Service Representative to join our team! This job is for those who love a fast-paced work environment and have a genuine love for customer service.
Our CSR team is the face of our hospital and responsible for maintaining a positive, professional demeanor while multitasking patient check-ins, checkouts, invoicing, multi-line telephone system, checking faxes, emails, and greeting all clients with a smile.
A qualified applicant will be a high school graduate (college preferred) and have a minimum of two years of customer service experience, experience in Microsoft Office Suite, and great communication skills.
Veterinary knowledge is strongly preferred.
This position does not involve direct animal care.
Drug Test and Background Check required.
Rotating shifts daily, including weekends.
No phone calls or drop-ins, please.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
