We're seeking a motivated and customer-oriented On-Call Sales Associate to support our team in delivering exceptional service and driving sales.
Position Overview:
As an On-Call Sales Associate, you'll play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer experiences while maximizing sales opportunities.
This position offers flexibility, as you'll be scheduled on an as-needed basis, particularly during peak times, weekends, or special events.
Your primary focus will be on assisting customers, recommending products, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
Assist in maintaining a tidy and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
Operate the point-of-sale system accurately to process transactions, returns, and exchanges.
Stay informed about product features, promotions, and company policies to effectively communicate information to customers.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements:
Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
Positive attitude and quick learner.
Ability to regularly check cell phone for messages and quick responses back.
Reliable transportation.
No other job or scheduling commitments.
Ability to work at all 7 Tallulah stores including our Thomasville, Georgia location.
Must have full open availability and be able to pick up shifts as needed 7 days per week.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Flexibility to work on short notice, including weekends and holidays.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
High school diploma or equivalent.
