- Provide administrative support to the team, including personal assistant tasks - Answer phone calls on 6 line phone system - Schedule appointments and manage daily call logs - Perform/maintain inventory records & purchase orders - Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion - File and organize documents, both physical and digital - Transcribe important notes - Provide exceptional customer support to clients and customers - Assist with various tasks specific to a Plumbing Services Company Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word & Excel - Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Previous experience in a similar industry is preferred but not required This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing administrative support in an office environment.
