Our doctors are well-versed in the latest treatments, technologies, and innovations including the latest advances in cataract surgery and premium implants, glaucoma, macular degeneration, pediatric care, eye exams and oculoplastics.
At Eye Associates of Tallahassee, we place a high priority on training and hiring certified ophthalmic personnel in order to offer a high level of knowledge and work.
Our practice also includes a comprehensive contact lens department and full-service optical shop staffed by Florida licensed opticians with over thirty years of experience.
As a result, we are fully qualified to handle all of your eye care needs.
Patient Registration Representative Duties:
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner - Collect and verify patient information, including personal details and insurance information - Enter patient data accurately into the registration system - Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department - Schedule patient appointments and update appointment calendars - Provide information to patients regarding hospital services, policies, and procedures - Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy is maintained at all times - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient flow Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using phone systems and basic computer applications - Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and accuracy Join our team as a Patient Registration Representative and play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients.
