We are looking for someone to work 20 hours a week.
Hours are M-F 7:
45AM-6PM including every other Saturday 8-12.
We offer flexible scheduling, an incredible work staff, great clients, and pet benefits.

Responsibilities and Duties You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, handling the hospital flow, processing client transactions, maintaining medical records and answering basic questions regarding animal care, products, medications and protocols.
Qualifications and Skills Applicants must have exceptional organizational, telephone, computer, and customer service skills.
Prior customer service is required and veterinary clinic experience is strongly preferred.
The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under high pressure situations.
Multi-tasking is imperative for this position.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
