We are looking for someone who would be able to work Mon-Thur 8am-1pm or 3 days a week 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system - Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Maintain and organize physical and electronic files - Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents - Assist with data entry tasks to ensure accurate record keeping - Provide general administrative support to staff members
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Previous experience in an administrative role preferred This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
