00 Skandia Window Fashions is hiring Customer Service Representatives to manage customer queries, orders, and to provide an exceptional customer service experience.
We are looking for self-motivated employees who wish to be a part of a tight-knit, collaborative organization.
Job duties and
Responsibilities:
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Gain detailed product knowledge and utilize this knowledge to consult with customers on best applications for products.
Manage phone and email inquiries and keep records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with Skandia team members to facilitate information flow to customers.
Employ active listening skills to adequately resolve any customer issues.
Other duties as assigned Skills and
Qualifications:
2-4 years' experience in a customer service role.
High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
Comfortable with order processing software Proficient on phone, email, and computer programs.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
