Responsibilities:
To accurately organize and manage administrative tasks:
o Doing Purchase Orders and filing for Manager o Must be able to learn new software (Church software) and use standard software (i.
e.
Microsoft, etc.
) o Managing Master Calendar, Events, and Groups in the church's software o Help manage Manager's schedule o Set up meetings and training events o Keep office supplies stocked o Help with follow-up and filing from meetings o Manage membership data (transferring membership letters, maintaining database, etc.
) To help with communication o Answer phones and direct people to appropriate staff member.
o Answer questions for people that contact the office or take message where appropriate.
o Communicate with individuals on behalf of the manger and deal with communication follow-up o Communicate and schedule with ministry teams on behalf of the manger.
o Schedule baptisms Manage some church events Other duties as assigned Behaviors Desire to help people succeed.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
