Executive Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives - Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements - Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents - Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality - Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed - Assist with event planning and coordination - Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and transcribing meeting minutes - Maintain office supplies and equipment - Handle incoming calls and greet visitors - will require some travel for errands Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in a similar role - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures - Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Experience with DocuSign or electronic document management systems is preferred We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
