If so, let's start the conversation.The Global Operations Transformation team are key leaders in cross-company transformation efforts targeted at fundamentally revamping part of the company operations, processes and systemsThe Global Operations Transformation Director is responsible to develop and drive transformation initiatives and high-impact solutions to support and enable our Matterhorn growth priorities. He will look beyond current needs to design and implement disruptive future state operating models.S/He is able to lead cross functional teams in re-shaping the transformation plans and roadmaps for Iron Mountain Operations globally and support the execution of the various commercial and operational global initiatives in scope. S/He leads the country teams to adopt, implement new operating models and to deliver the margin improvement impact.The Director will partner with DBU/ALM/Crozier Leadership teams as well as Finance, IT, GBS, Sales and Operations teams to build and evaluate processes and innovative solutions, and to execute transformative opportunities to set up the foundation that will be required to grow and scale operations to deliver the Matterhorn growth agenda.The immediate priority of this role is to transform, standardize and innovate how SOW projects are handled end to end, and to shape the operational and commercially-related processes across the Enterprise, especially for multi-services deals. S/He is responsible for the continuous roll out of IM Project platform across all regions ( RM, DM, ALM, crozier) and for advising and leading the conversion of these projects' reporting output into EbitDa improvement and speed to revenue.Once implemented in Q3, the director is responsible to design and deploy the next phase of Lightspeed and/or Operational transformational initiativesThis role is highly influential, requires significant collaboration with other functional teams and leaders in all divisions globally, and with both Commercial and Operational SVPs/VPs in all regions (in a matrix relationship).This position reports to the Vice President of Global Operations Transformation within GROKey focus areas:
Redesign critical end to end processes (across operations, billing, commercial) required to build, grow and scale Operations and accelerate speed to revenue.Lead Lightspeed transformational initiatives such as IM Project, across all business lines. The Director is responsible to continue the redesign of the global end-to-end business process to manage special projects and accelerate SOW revenue/margins.Continue enhancing and deploying reporting on key sales/operational metrics, such as actual margin per deal, across all business lines;Establish an operational framework to proactively manage and monitor project impact with all relevant stakeholders; V alidate with global and regions' Leadership teams and modifying accordinglyLead the establishment of corrective actions to recover value realization and margin improvement. This role must drive and deliver business output and growth/margin improvement. (It is not a process facilitator role).Champion change across all regions and lead collaborative cross-functional global process design, new systems configuration and deploymentProvide support to the region leaders to analyze the most expedient method to deliver complex transformative solutions and Ebitda valueSuccess in this role requires strategic and innovative disruptive thinking.
