Job Description 10 10 years of Oracle PL/SQL experience a requirement.
10 years of experience in developing web-based application programming interfaces (API) using SOAP or RESTful communication methodologies, with WSDL/XML and JSON data exchange formats.
10 years of experience working in a development team environment implementing and debugging web-based systems with technical staff, users, and customers.
10 years of experience monitoring and troubleshooting system interfaces and system integration processes relating to gateway, load balance, application, proxy, database, and active directory domain servers.
10 years of experience in change management best practices, such as serving in a code promotion role in partnership with development team members using MS Team Foundation Server/DevOps and the corresponding Visual Studio CVS integration tools.
10 years of experience in the application of statutory law and administrative rules in program codification and maintenance of required processing functions.
10 years of experience with gathering and adapting complex, multi-system interface, interaction, end user specifications to necessary source code and compiled applications.
