We are currently seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CE - Senior Consultant/BA Contractor to join our team in Tallahassee, Florida (US-FL), United States (US).
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years experience with Subject Matter Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM focused on sales and case management to support a complex deployment - Excellent customer service skills, including written and oral communications - Ability to gather, interpret, and use complex data to develop actionable steps that will improve processes and optimize results - Ability to drive and assist with mapping functional and technical specifications to Dynamics CRM from other business applications - MS Dynamics CRM Certification a plus, but not required General Duties &
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the client's business requirements and processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality and make recommendations for improvement.
- When necessary, collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current and future state business processes.
- Assist in supporting the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application implementation to achieve the customer s business requirements.
