What will I be doing?

As an Operations Analyst I, you will work closely with the statewide Compliance Investigation Coordinator and Northern/Southern area supervisor s to provide support for the statewide Compliance Investigation Program (CIP).
This work includes, but is not limited to:

  • Providing technical information to motor carriers and the general public.
  • Identifying and providing pertinant information to newly approved intrastate motor carriers through the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Portal.
  • Assisting with safety seminar marketing, logistics and tracking.
  • Maintaining and creating databases and compiling and preparing statistical reports.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience researching and compiling data and preparing reports.
  • Experience responding to customer inquiries.
  • Experience managing records.
  • Experience working with confidential information.
  • Knowledge of DHSMV policies and procedures.

Position related requirements

  • The position you are applying is subject to a Level 2 background and CJIS security clearance, to include fingerprinting as a condition of employment pursuant to Chapter 110.
    1127, 435 and 943, Florida Statutes.
    As an applicant for positions requiring CJIS security clearance, you are required to disclose criminal records that have been sealed or expunged.

General Information

  • The elements of the selection process may include a skill assessment and/or oral interview.
