Attendance is an essential function of this position.

The employee is expected to schedule and coordinate office meetings, ensure timely procurement of goods and services through My Florida Market Place, ensure goods and services are received, and payments are processed in a timely manner.
Employee prepares correspondence, maintains office filing system and supplies, and prepares and disseminates materials in support of trainings and other activities.
This position assists management in the coordination of administrative tasks and assignments that are complex in nature.
The incumbent will assist the bureau chief and other general services staff, and will provide administrative support for bureau functions.

The employee will handle the intake, scheduling, coordination and set-up procedures for the first floor lobby, Caf 325, and seventeenth floor conference rooms and meeting spaces.
The employee will produce daily and weekly conference room calendars, and manage the inventory and maintenance of conference room furniture and audiovisual equipment.
The employee will serve as property custodian for the 17th floor AV room.
The employee will provide monthly record data collection and conference room inventory reports to the bureau chief by the 10th of each month for review.

The employee serves as an administrative support person for handling the Commissioner s incoming calls for the department.
The employee may assist with the organization and maintenance of after hours, vendor, and telephone logs (data collection).
Logs will be organized and tracked daily and will be summarized at the end of each month.
Report totals will be submitted to the phone coordinator by the 8th of each month.

The employee assists with receiving and entering work orders for the agency in the Department of Management Services online Customer Work Order System (Tririga).
The employee is expected to enter all work orders within 30 minutes of receiving the request.
The employee may also be required to follow-up on work orders personally entered to ensure requests are completed.

Performs other duties as required.
The employee will research and respond to special operational projects assigned by the bureau chief s office.
Projects must be completed within established timeframes and accurately address the issue or concern of the requests.

Minimum annual salary for this position is $25,479.
