Welcome Here Property Management Welcome Here Property Management Tallahassee, FL Tallahassee, FL Full-time Full-time $18 an hour $18 an hour 8 days ago 8 days ago 8 days ago Tallahassee property management company looking for full-time Skilled Lawn Maintenance Team Member to perform routine lawn and landscape maintenance in a 10 acre neighborhood with around 30 properties, as well as approximately 20 additional properties around town.
All tools and equipment provided.
Primary tasks:
Mowing, edging, line trimming, and blowing all properties on a seasonal schedule.
Trimming bushes and keeping flowerbeds clean and fresh Pressure washing Blowing roofs and gutters Other tasks may include but are not limited to:
Deck and fence repairs Exterior painting Successful applicants will:
Show up to a scheduled interview on time or early Be willing to go through a background check and provide professional references Consistently show up to work on time or early Have reliable transportation to and from work Have good communication skills Have a phone capable of running a time tracking app Be able to work with a team or independently Be able to learn new skills and respond well to instruction, direction, and correction.
Be able to stay focused and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner Be physically able to do all tasks listed year round Adhere to all safety protocol (i.
e.
wear approved hearing protection when operating equipment) Work hours are Monday through Friday 7:
30 am - 4 pm.
We pay bi-weekly via direct deposit.
We run background checks and call references as part of the hiring process.
