Position - Maintenance Manager AGPM, LLC (property owner) is seeking a qualified Maintenance Manager to oversee and support maintenance operations at Lakes of San Marcos.
The Lakes of San Marcos Apartments is a top-tier multifamily residential community located in Tallahassee, FL, which boasts a prime location near many historic sites, boutiques, and fine dining restaurants.

Requirements:
Job Requirements Responsible for the completion of preventative maintenance.
Management of all maintenance logs.
Work orders (either interior or exterior).
Supervise and/or assist with Unit Turnovers& Make Ready efforts.
Supervise and/or assist with ground maintenance.
Responsible for the repair of HVAC units, appliances, plumbing, electrical, drywall and carpentry.
Educational Requirements & Preferences High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
Industry specific certifications preferred (CPO, EPA/Mold,etc.
).
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to move/handle heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
Experience managing other maintenance personnel.
Ability to communicate via email.
Bilingual a plus, but not required.
Ability to rotate on-call status.
Valid Driver's License.
2 Years as a Residential Maintenance Supervisor (or similar experience).
