Job duties and
Responsibilities:
Operate delivery vehicle in a safe and responsible manner.
Maintain delivery vehicle and ensure it is in good working condition.
Follow delivery instructions and routes accurately.
Load and unload items from the delivery vehicle.
Provide excellent customer service when delivering items to customers.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pick-ups.
Adhere to all applicable traffic laws.
Skills and
Qualifications:
2-4 years' experience in a customer service role.
High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
Comfortable with order processing software.
Proficient on phone, email, and computer programs.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
Must pass a DOT physical examination and obtain a medical card.
