Primary duties include overseeing human resources, managing key organizational functions, and oversite of partnerships and programs.
Operations and Administration Work with Executive Director and managers to draft position descriptions, manage hiring, and help with orientation Manage staff priorities and needs on a daily basis in alignment with the priorities set by the Executive Director Manage grievance and mediation Maintain a calendar of Performance Evaluations; assist with evaluations as requested Help maintain comprehensive calendars of meetings and events Track licenses, permits, and registration renewals to ensure they remain current Oversee insurance coverages for the property and organization Maintain and update, as necessary, the manual of Personnel Policies to ensure compliance Fundraising and Programmatic Activities Participate in planning and presenting museum events Develop, plan and orchestrate events and functions to fulfill Cultural Arts programming requirements based on grant deliverables Assist volunteers or other ad hoc committees to stage other successful events and programs Participate in membership management as requested by the Executive Director; newsletter content, mailings, special member events, etc.
Grants Administration Assist with grant preparation; gathering visitor demographics, financial data, and other supporting documents as requested by the Executive Director and/or Development Director Track grant expenses and coordinate with bookkeeper to allocate expenses Fulfill reporting requirements by preparing mid-year and final expense reports and deliverables Volunteer Program management Coordinate with staff for needs and recruitment Plan volunteer appreciation events Track records of volunteer hours worked Maintain emergency contact information Other Business Management Oversee development and implementation of Partnership Agreements for partner events Serve as the primary contact for leased premises, including develop and maintain communications with tenant to resolve issues regarding maintenance, repairs, etc.
Serve as the primary contact with TPCA to develop and maintain communication regarding leased parking spaces Share after-hours security responsibilities; e.

, responding to alarms and event monitors Coordinate with Bookkeeper to ensure timely report filing and payment of payroll taxes on monthly and quarterly basis Coordinate with Bookkeeper to ensure timely reporting and payment of state and local taxes Other duties as assigned Job Type:
