Responsibilities:
Works on behalf of the J3 Director of Military Support (DOMS) to perform duties at the State Emergency Operations Center (SEOC) daily and during emergencies/disasters as defined in State Statute 252 as the Emergency Coordination Officer (ECO), coordinates with state agencies on identification of mission assignments and capabilities of the FLNG.
Serves as operations senior shift leader for FL-DMA.
Is responsible for major operational plans, exercises, and execution of SEOC ESF-13 operational support.
Represents, coordinates, and maintains relationships on behalf of Florida National Guard (FLNG) to the Florida Division of Emergency Management (FL-DEM), Northern Command (USNORTHCOM), other combatant commands, and Major United States Service Commands within Department of Defense (DOD), for Continental United States (CONUS) exercises, training plans, development of Homeland Defense Doctrine, Joint Operations Requirements, and Joint Reception, Staging, Onward Movement, and Integration (JRSOI) issues.
Supervise and manage the activities of the 4 Community Liaison Officers (LNOs) assigned to each of the Florida Army National Guard Major Subordinate Commands (53rd IBCT, 164th ADA Brigade, 50th Regional Support Group, and the 83rd Troop Command) who coordinate FLNG support and awareness to each County EOC throughout the State of Florida.
Senior planner in coordinating and preparing contingency plans to support FLNG and other state agencies in emergencies and disasters.
Coordinates, observes, and participates in joint training exercises between state agencies and FLNG outside the SEOC.
Required to support, plan, and execute the Annual Statewide Exercise and Nuclear Power Plant Evaluated Exercises.
Assists in preparing the FLNG Civil Support plans to include the Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (CEMP) and Joint Operations Plan (JOPLAN).

Prepares (to include training) and maintains Emergency Support Function (ESF) 13 for full activation (24-hour operations) during state emergencies/disasters.
Conducts FLNG overview briefings to state, local, and county planners.
Represents Director, FL-DEM, and Director, J3/JDOMS, and the FLNG.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
