$500 Sign on Bonus What this job involves - The Senior Facilities Manager is accountable for developing and implementing a plan which will delight our clients and ensure a healthy long-term relationship.
They will anticipate client needs and deliver to outperform on the key performance indicators within the contract and build financial plans while striving to exceed revenue and profitability.
The Director creates and manages high performing teams which not only delivers operational excellence but keeps employees engaged and thriving, and in conjunction with the Corporate Solutions leadership team, understands the firm's strategy and goals and can translate those into the business opportunities.
What is your day to day? Provide leadership, vision and guidance to the operations, maintenance, utility, and manufacturing support services functions (as appropriate).
Manage the performance and outcomes of assigned staff reporting to the position.
Maintain interface with property owners, ensuring compliance, accurate and timely reporting, and resolve critical issues.
Establish a Safety First culture on the site and improve safety performance by championing our level of awareness and changing all staff and partner safety behaviors.
Provide overall facility services in accordance with accounts' standard processes and procedures including application of policies and programs, coordination of information.
Ensure compliance with portfolio wide initiatives and required local, state, and federal laws and regulations that pertain to the operating of facilities entrusted to the Facility Partners to manage on behalf of the client as owner.
Manage, coordinate, and exercise functional responsibility for Facility Management services within assigned facilities and geography.
Manage all contractual deliverables, including site level financial and service level reporting.
Prepare, submit, and manage facility budgets with the clients' goals and objectives addressed, track variances and ensure smooth recovery process.
Support prompt collection of management fees and reimbursements from 3rd party tenants occupying space with the accounts' owned premises.
Responsible for overall team management, staff development and planning.
Execute staff succession and growth plans.
Involved in compensation planning process.
For every direct report, build actionable and measurable career development plans, direct report in consistent conversations regarding progress.
Any and all other duties assigned.

On Call Availability Desired experience and technical skills Required GxP Pharmaceutical leadership experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of experience and education.

years (equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired) Strong leadership and relationship building skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service.
Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices.
Knowledge of Excel and ability to analyze data.
