Operations Specialist

This position must prioritize incoming jobs and monitor the supply of inventories.
This position must work independently using good judgment.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Responsible for daily building maintenance and upkeep Responsible for all aspects of incoming and outgoing mail Assists with management of building contents and property Responsible for all aspects of printing, binding, and mailing of books and materials Reconciles vendor bills before forwarding to accounting Maintains office inventory which includes ordering of all supplies and negotiating with outside vendors Perform troubleshooting for problems with copiers and other equipment inside and outside the print-shop Ensures that all office equipment is in proper working order Assists with negotiations of office equipment leases Responsible for the operation of Green Rooms or conference rooms, to include coordinating the set up and break down of facility, calendar, maintenance, communication with users and before/after-hours supervision of facility.
Responsible for moving equipment and all necessary materials to storage facility Responsible for proper maintenance of all League vehicles Performs related duties as required KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of US postal service requirements and procedures Skill in operating various printing, copying, binding, and stapling machines Ability to remain composed and makes appropriate decisions under stressful conditions.
Must have an exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various personalities, both orally and in writing Ability to lift up to 80
pounds on a continuous basis Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with department heads, managers, employees and vendors.
TRAINING AND
Experience:
Graduation from high school or general equivalency diploma (GED).
Must have a valid Florida driver's license.
