3K a year 3 days ago 3 days ago 3 days ago POSITION SUMMARY The Compensation and Human Resource System (HRIS) Analyst will maintain the integrity and reliability of the organization's HRIS, ensuring the system meet the needs, requirements, and objectives of the HR department.
This role will review job requirements relative job positions, compare job positions to market data and analyze compensation structures.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES 2
years' experience with HRIS, compensation, or information technology required Bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology, or related field required, or equivalent combination of experience and education PHR or SHRM- CP preferred Thorough understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills including written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to follow issues through from identification through completion Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods Understanding of functional analysis and human resource policies and procedures to ensure HRIS meets organizational needs and goals Ability to keep information confidential Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software Performs other duties as assigned WORKING CONDITIONS - ADA INFORMATION Substantial sitting, standing, stooping, bending, lifting (not to exceed 25 lbs.
) and pushing objects.
Requires considerable mental effort and logical thought processing.
Requires significant analytical effort to review data and apply various business and practice concepts to the data and evaluate data outputs and results.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
