College education from an accredited institution can substitute at the rate of 30 semester or 45 quarter hours for the year of required experience provided such education includes at least two courses in one of the areas described above.
(An official or unofficial transcript copy must be provided at the time of application submission if using education to qualify.
)Vocational/technical training in one of the areas described above can substitute at the rate of 720 classroom hours for the year of required experience.
Completion of a vendor supplied program of study of four or more weeks in telecommunications can substitute for the year of required experience.
Possession of a valid Driver License.

JOB DUTIESThis position will provide Tier II support to the Division of Licensing users regarding hardware, software, and application components.
This includes, but is not confined to, the configuration, distribution and setup of computer systems and peripherals, operating systems, software, and completion of any associated documentation including updating and closing incident tracking tickets.
Assists Distributed Computer Systems Specialist with Tax Collector incident calls.
This position will also assist with the configuration and implementation of equipment for the Regional Offices and Tax Collector offices.
This position will be a traveling position for any event in a Tax Collector or Regional Office.
Performs other related work.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
