About the role:
The JLLT Cyber Security Lead Project Manager is a hands-on role responsible for coordination and management of global JLLT Cyber Security projects within the portfolio.
Under direction of the Chief of Staff of Cyber Security and playing a key role on the Cyber Security JLLT team this role is an opportunity to work on a dynamic team to help execute key projects in our Strategic Program.
Responsibilities:
Leading confidential and large scale cyber security strategic initiatives that require alignment across geographies Supporting the development, maintenance, and reporting of a standard set of processes and practices for JLLT programs; roles, engagement models, metrics and governance practices.
Supporting Change Management, End User Enablement, and Communication for Business Management initiatives and large Programs Facilitates prioritization, develops strategic execution structure, defines major deliverables, coordinates communication to stakeholders and senior leaders, resolves or escalates cross-project dependency issues and problems across assigned global strategic initiatives aligned with defined business outcomes.
Partnering with senior stakeholders to create and extend a robust and dynamic projects and programs toolset aligned with business outcomes for use throughout the JLLT organization.
Provides ongoing training, partnership, communications, coaching, and mentoring to stakeholders within assigned portfolios and programs.
Regularly audits Program data for quality and compliance, coaches teams to improve, and reports on metrics and results to leadership.
Participation and enablement for appropriate governance, communications, change management, documentation, training, and process rollouts for prioritized Business Outcomes to ensure effective project reporting and delivery related to assigned security portfolio.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
