This scope of work is for an Advanced Applications Architect necessary to support the software development and data operations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND
Experience:
5.
1.
Ten years of total application development experience.
5.
2.
Ten years of IT infrastructure experience.
5.
3.
Five years enterprise architecture experience.
5.
4.
Ten years of experience in Object oriented programming.
5.
5.
Five years of experience with SQL scripting and ETL (SSIS) programming including Business Intelligence and SQL Data Warehouse structures.
5.
6.
Five years of experience JavaScript experience.
5.
7.
Three years of experience in ASP.
NET MVC, and application development using C# and Scrum.
5.
8.
Two years of experience in Angular JS.
5.
9.
Three years of architect design and development experience with.
NET applications and entity framework; including Linq to SQL, Linq to Entity, MVC, Object-Oriented programming, and ASP.
NET.

10.
Five years of experience providing design review and best practices to development team in accordance with client project specifications.
5.
11.
Three years of experience using Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), and Microsoft suite (Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and Access) 5.

Two years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

13.
Five years of experience working with and managing Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS).

Five years of experience with Azure cloud services, including build and release, Azure cost analyses,DevOps (including pipelines, triggers, blob storage, data migration, data warehouse, scheduling VMs and Webjobs, ADF, Graph API, AM templates, and other configuration) and skilled in integrating Azure AD into a web application using OpenID Connect.

Five years if experience with Department of Health IT security standards including data encryption and application hardening.

Three years of experience managing scope to product owner specifications.

17.
One year of experience working with the Department of Health, Agency of Health Care Administration and Florida Health Kids electronic referral and enrollment files.

18.
Knowledge and experience working with Department of Financial Services systems including interfacing with their electronic automating of invoicing and voucher processes.
5.
19.
Knowledge of Medicaid managed care program and services, data structure, requirements, laws, and regulations.
5.
20.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
5.
21.
Ability to document procedures, processes, and regularly provide cross training to Department staff on recurring functions.
CONTRACTOR
Responsibilities:

Query proprietary data warehouses to combine specialized data sets to support the analytic work of the Department.
