Strong possibility of extension for multi-Year Responsibilities Developing project management procedures, tools, templates, training, and governance that will be used for the Reemployment Assistance Modernization Program upon approval from DEO's CIO or their designee Incorporating the following operational work plan components as defined by the Project Management Institute's Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) into the Reemployment Assistance Modernization Program, which include but are not limited to:
o Project Charter o Work Breakdown Structure o Resource-Leveled Project Schedule o Project Spending Plan o Project Organization & Methodology o Organizational Change Management Plan for all stakeholders o Risk Management Plan o Capacity Plan Incorporating the following project control processes into the Reemployment Assistance Modernization Program, which include but are not limited to:
Progress reporting o Issue tracking o Contract management o Change and configuration management o Quality control o Testing o Oversight o Procurement strategy o Coordination of external entities Incorporating the following governance elements into the Reemployment Assistance Management Program, which include but are not limited to clarifying and establishing roles, responsibilities, expected level of effort, communication channels, and escalation process, upon approval form CIO at DOE.
Minimum Qualifications o Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field or equivalent work experience; o At least five (5) years of IT experience including managing teams, customer service, and production project management in multi-platform environments; o At least two (2) years of experience working directly with senior management; o Extensive experience in Developing / Managing APIs/ Teams; o Leadership experience in managing and completing complex projects relevant to both IT and business needs; o Demonstrated experience in leading high-profile projects; o Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with technical staff, end user staff, and senior management; o At least two (2) years of working experience with IT and project management as it pertains to program areas such as Workforce Services, Education, and/or Public Benefit Assistance, or comparable governmental area(s); o Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP); CompensationCompensation for roles at Beacon Systems Inc depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
