Duties Include:
greeting patients; verifying demographics and insurance information; entering data into Practice Management System; collecting co-pays, surgery prepays and any outstanding balances due from patients; scheduling follow-up appointments as needed.
Applicant must have the ability to multi-task and perform as an effective team member, as well as independently, for optimal patient care.
In addition, applicant must be able to prioritize, have effective communication skills, and EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills.
Schedule is not negotiable.
Monday - Friday from 2 p.
m.
until close.
Clinic closes at 7 p.
m.
Position requires availability until all patients are checked out.
Position is located in Tallahassee, FL.
