What this job involves -The Performance Analyst is responsible for analysing and measuring the financial and operational performance within Project and Development Services (PDS).
This role involves conducting in-depth analysis, developing performance metrics, creating reports, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making processes.
The Performance Analyst collaborates with stakeholders across different departments to track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and optimize performance to achieve strategic objectives.
What is your day to day? Prepare reports and analyses on key performance indicators for various stakeholders Review results with emphasis on reasonableness and accuracy of data Consolidate operational results for the client's portfolio Provide high-level explanations and gap analyses Provide, analyse and monitor current and historical data as required Contribute to quarterly presentations for JLL senior management and the client Respond to requests for data and analysis Key role in supporting forecasting and budgeting processes, including operational support and maintaining data quality Reporting:
Create regular reports, presentations, and other visualizations to effectively communicate analysis findings, trends, and insights to both internal and external stakeholders Assume responsibility for various data entry and system estimates and ensure the reasonableness, quality and consistency of forecasting and budgeting processes Act as a subject matter expert for the creation and implementation of new reporting tools for various operational key performance measures Performance Optimization:
Identify opportunities to improve performance and operational efficiency by analysing and identifying trends, patterns, and outliers in financial and operational data Participate in the implementation and training of systems, processes and reports in order to simplify processes and increase the agility of the group with a constant focus on value creation Create reports in Excel or other similar tools to meet data and analysis needsDesired experience and technical skillsRequired Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other applications in the Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerBI/Query) Knowledge of commercial real estate fundamentals, key performance metrics, and market dynamics Strategic, innovative, challenges the status quo and recommends improvements Work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and teamwork skills Motivation, proactivity, attention to detail and respect for deadlines Experience producing high-quality analytics for senior management Familiarity with financial modelling techniques, forecasting, and budgeting processesPreferred Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS)Estimated compensation for this position is:
