DescriptionPrimary Responsibilities o Assist with setting up of the check-in area.
o Using the volunteer lists provided, confirm identity of volunteer and check off on list as they arrive to the stadium.
o Ensure that Volunteer Wavier is on file and if not, have volunteer complete the document at time of check-in.
o Hand out NPO uniforms to group leaders and have them sign off that they received them.
o Participate in the pre-event set up of binders and uniforms if needed.
o Visit assigned stands and ensure all the volunteers are present in the stands.
Communicate with NPO manager if there is a discrepancy.
o Adhere to the Legends Uniform and Grooming guidelines.
o Other duties as assigned.
Requirements o Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
o Strong attention to detail.
o Elevated time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills.
o Must be able to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certification.
o Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
o Must be able to read and write in English.
o Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
o Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbs.
o Requires the ability to stand, walk and sit for long periods of time.
Must be able to navigate ramps, stairs and elevators.
o Must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers games and major Stadium events.
o Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and additional job specific safety training.
