Be able to present and explain our Unlimited Wash Club membership and successfully enroll customers in the club plan.
Safely guide customers onto wash conveyor and prep vehicle before washing.
Perform visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to sending it into the wash.
Assist in regular scheduled maintenance of all equipment to ensure it is kept in proper working order.
Meticulously clean the facility to include pressure washing, window washing, landscape maintenance, and trash removal.
Keep vacuums unclogged, hoses hung properly, and trash cans emptied.
Be proficient with all company policies and procedures.
Requirements Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Work is performed outside and requires standing and other physical activities.
Must have reliable transportation.
Ability to lift a moderate amount of weight.
Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
Conducting all interactions with customers and fellow employees ethically.
