5K a year 7 days ago 7 days ago 7 days ago Cabinet Service Technician The Cabinet Service Technician will need to be able to work under indirect supervision.
The position requires the person to handle cabinet service and repair.
The technician should be able to adjust doors, drawers, install molding, trim, hardware and to stain and paint cabinets.
Responsible for taking pictures of cabinets upon arrival and after repair is completed.
Able to communicate, update job status, send photos and file to customer support from the field.
The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail to ensure the cabinet repair is complete and meets Legacy standards.
SPECIFIC DUTIES/
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to superintendents/builders and homeowners.
Manage several cabinet installation projects at once.
Keeping both homeowners and service department abreast of any required changes and ensuring all parties are informed in a timely manner Perform quality after service and repair is complete Submit order request for parts and service items needed for job completion Assist with quality assurance process when needed MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED required.
One year to three years' experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Ability to manage multiple accounts at one time and update interested parties in a timely manner Ability to use email and other computer driven software to update accounts at any point in time on electronic devices Able to take and upload photos on electronic device and send on electronic device Knowledge of product line and offerings Knowledge of the industry kitchen standards Ability to personally maintain quality control standards Ability to document and maintain tracking records/files.
Ability to effectively manage time and schedule.
Knowledge of quality control and procedures.
Some heavy lifting KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED (Cont'd):
Safe driving record Able to work flexible schedule WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is normally performed in a typical office, warehouse and field construction environment.
No smoking on company premises and company vehicles.
HOURS:
Hours will typically begin at 7:

m.
daily Monday through Friday.
Occasionally as early as 6:
00 a.
m.
The end time will depend on the work being completed for the days schedule and the operation team has received email updates for each job.
