In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for Information Technology (IT) Management Series 2210 (Alt A) positions located here
SPECIALIZED
Experience: Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower broadband NH-03 or equivalent to the next lower grade GS-13 in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is coordinating, advising, planning, and organizing all activities related to the cybersecurity and A&A of the organizations classified and unclassified base network enclaves; perform duties as a senior information technology (IT) specialist providing a wide range of IT and network security services tailored to support critical in-garrison and deployed command, control, and mission information, processes, and systems and providing advanced knowledge and skill in the use of IT systems.

4. Ability to plan, organize, and direct the functions and mentor, motivate, and appraise the staff of an organization through subordinate supervisors.
5. Ability to analyze, plan, and adjust work operations of one or more organizational segments to meet program requirements and objectives within available resources.
6. Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and with technical accuracy, both orally and in writing, as well as work in a professional manner with peers, management, contractors, academia, and other agencies.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
