Liaison between state agencies and STMS team
Provide technical recommendations to meet user needs, including FLAIR to PALM transition.
Assist with requirements, business process redesign, documentation, training.
Preferred Qualifications
Expert knowledge of Clients travel policies and travel management system capabilities.
Experience in requirements gathering and transitioning between major system interfaces.
Strong communication, analysis, and training skills
