Technical Support Specialist
Automated Health Systems seeks highly motivated and team-oriented individual for Technical Support Specialist position in Tallahassee.
- Minimum two to three years' experience in a Help Desk support role required.
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Windows client and server products and network infrastructure required.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Windows for end user application support required.
- Must have strong work ethic and problem solving skills, good verbal and written communication skills, and excellent customer service.
- Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred; A
