Summary:
Design and code both new development and enhancements to.
NET applications.
Develop system documentation and diagrams as needed.
Work with users and other staff personnel to design and test the solutions.
Performs other related duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
o 10 years of experience programming in developing and utilizing test scripts to test web applications.
o 5 years of experience in utilizing automated testing tools/platforms to test applications.
o Experience in conducting application testing without utilizing automated testing.
o Experience with Kanban/Scrum/Agile.
o Experience working collaboratively with business analysts and developers.
Preferred Experience/Skills:
o Experience with building test cases and running tests using Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft, and/or Microfocus ALM.
o Experience with application development security tools such as WebInspect.
o Experience in standing up a new automated testing solution/platform.
o Ability to plan, organize and document IT solutions.
o Ability to plan, organize and coordinate IT work assignments.
o Experience testing APIs.
o Experience working in a project-oriented environment.
o Excellent troubleshooting skills.
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
o Detail-oriented, ability to switch tasks, ability to self-direct and prioritize tasks.
o Ability to research and investigate problems to developing viable solutions and report findings /recommendations clearly and effectively.
o Experience developing functional and technical specifications, design flow, and system blueprints.
o Experience with Microsoft Office 365Government related projects is requiredEducation/CertificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Software Engineering, or another related field.
